At first I was skeptical to buy sofas from Amazon, which I had never done such an important and major home purchase from the Internet before. But now, when put together, and couches in our living room, I think they look good.
The color is true that the image and the doors are larger than I had imagined that it would be. The material is resilient and unified, it is quite easy to put together. We had to do some manuevering of screw holes, because they were not exactly suited to one of the pieces we had to put together.
I was happy to discover that the pillows are comfortable and 2-3 people can comfortably relax in this sectional. The ottoman is a great addition. We bought a wooden tray, covering the Ottoman and we now use it as a resting area and a rebuilt "coffee table."
I was not impressed with the two decorative pillows, so we ended up buying a much nicer pillows to spice up your living room. The color can be a bit boring, so add the fun pillows really helps.
The reason this does not get 5 stars is because of the horrible shipping experience we had. The seller is home DirectShow U.S. in our area. The shipment was delayed for a few days after the latest ETA from Amazon. The Company does not update the delivery information while sectional was in transit, so we were somewhat in the dark on where the couches were placed. The other negative is that you can not schedule a delivery time, until the night before. In agreement with the company for a certain delivery date, so the call with an automated message the night before entered your 4-hour delivery window. If your schedule is busy, this can be a bit tough.
We have upgraded to a "Platinum" shipping, the company would bring in furniture and put it together. To our dismay, they were left unassembled sofas and businesses moaned after 20 minutes that they had been here long enough and that they would not assemble the sofa. Without going into more detail, leaving us without the service we wanted and we ended up putting beds together ourselves (while fixing errors as they did on the pieces they had managed to put together).
After immediate e VisionDecor and send them pictures of state delivery company left our couches, worked quickly VisionDecor to solve this problem. Their customer service was excellent throughout the process, and they were quick to answer any questions I had. I can not blame them for shipping problems because they were quick to offer a solution, and left me satisfied in the end.
So sofas are good and definitely worth the price ... shipping, but left much to be desired.
